Agile software development and Scrum methods help our developers make the process even more flexible and minimize missteps. This involves regular check-ins with customers at short intervals to promptly address their needs.
Mobile Work
Whether you’re part of a team of consultants supporting clients on-site or remotely, working in sales or marketing, or in the back office—we offer you the greatest possible degree of autonomy and the opportunity to work remotely in every role.
Thanks to flexible working hours and modern technology, you can work equally well from home, on the go, in the office, or on-site at a client’s location. Of course, client needs come first, and clients across Germany mean that our consultants also have assignments throughout the country.
However, the pandemic has shown everyone involved that consulting services work just as well remotely as they do on-site. Against this backdrop, our travel has been significantly reduced, and our consultants can adapt their work location even more flexibly to their current life situation.
Employee Participation and Development
Our employees are actively involved in shaping your development plan. You regularly set your goals and priorities with your “People Manager” and have a great deal of autonomy to achieve them on your own. With us, you can actively contribute and help shape Woodmark. In addition, we offer you a wide range of opportunities for further education. Udemy for Business, with its extensive selection of online training courses in technical fields and for personal development.
Sports & Fitness
We promote the health of our employees and cover a portion of their gym and yoga studio membership fees. We also offer them the Job-Rad bike-sharing program.
Parties & Fun
Other key components include company-wide workshops and legendary team events that are a lot of fun, such as cooking classes, bodyflying, surfing, or water skiing followed by a party. In other words, we don’t just work—we also enjoy celebrating together on a regular basis at our summer, fall, and Christmas parties. In addition, there are self-organized after-work activities such as indoor soccer, online gaming, whiskey tasting, bowling, and much more.
Compensation Package & Benefits
Our salaries are competitive and particularly attractive thanks to our company pension plan, deferred compensation options, and numerous benefits, special allowances, and social benefits. You will also share in the company’s success.
Working hours can be arranged flexibly. To balance this, in addition to 30 days of vacation, December 24 and 31 are generally days off. There is the option for a sabbatical and a company pension plan
