Sales Support:

Methods
At Woodmark, we work in an agile manner
The methods we currently use include SAFe, SCRUM, Design Thinking, DevOps, and the ITIL Service Lifecycle Model. We have mastered these methods through years of experience and have implemented them in various companies and settings. Our primary focus is on driving positive change and ensuring that all stakeholders are on board.
OKRs for Strategic Initiatives
To define strategy within larger teams, Woodmark also introduced OKR in early 2022. OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results and provides a framework for setting qualitative goals (Objectives) and quantitatively measuring key results (Key Results). With the help of OKR, our teams work together in a focused and efficient manner on strategic issues.
Tools
The selected tools help us create a productive environment and facilitate smooth communication and successful collaboration among team members. This process spans the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering, development, and testing to the deployment of the solution. Thanks to these tools, remote collaboration is significantly easier, and teams from different departments—such as development and operations—can be brought together more quickly and effectively.
In addition to enabling effective and efficient communication, they help individuals meet tight deadlines and track the progress of planned tasks.
Among the most widely used tools at Woodmark are the collaboration tools Jira and Confluence, as well as DevOps and DevOps engineering tools such as Docker, Sonar, OpenShift, Jenkins, and Kubernetes. With Rancher, we can provide Kubernetes-as-a-Service to our customers—from the data center to the cloud to the edge.
Thanks to the use of the aforementioned DevOps collaboration tools, we ensure strict monitoring of project progress and quality to meet our customers’ expectations.
