Diversity
At Woodmark, we embrace diversity and signed the Diversity Charter in 2022 to demonstrate the importance of this issue to both our internal and external audiences. Our team is made up of people of different ages, genders, and from many different countries. This mix is a tremendous asset and the key to our success.
Family-friendliness
As a family-friendly company, we enable our employees to balance work, family, and leisure time as effectively as possible. Remote work, including flexible hours and the option to work from home, is a key component of this. Despite offering a great deal of freedom, our focus remains on our customers and project work.
Team meetings
We place a high priority on communication and the involvement of everyone, and we meet every two months for a team meeting. To reduce travel expenses, the meeting alternates between hybrid and in-person formats. During the meeting, updates from HR, Finance, and Sales are shared openly. Afterward, colleagues present the results and key findings from their project work.
Team events
We celebrate our successes together and regularly organize a variety of activities. This strengthens our camaraderie and team spirit. The highlight is our annual team event, which takes place at unique locations and combines games, fun, and sports with great food. In recent years, water sports enthusiasts in particular have really gotten their money's worth.
Environmental & Climate Protection
Last but not least, Woodmark is making a clear commitment to environmental and climate protection and has been a climate-neutral company since 2022. We have measured our carbon footprint, are working to continuously reduce it through our own efforts, and offset the emissions that cannot be avoided.
OKR & Agility
Not only do we use agile working methods, but we also let our employees just give it a try within the established framework—that is, experiment and learn on their own in order to gradually improve processes and results based on their own insights.

Environmental and Climate Protection
We are sending a clear message about our commitment to environmental and climate protection. Thanks in part to the dedication of our approximately ten-member environmental team, which drives various climate protection projects, Woodmark Consulting AG has been a ClimatePartner-certified “climate-neutral company” since 2022.
Air travel was one of the main drivers of CO2 emissions in our consulting business. Since the pandemic, most client meetings have taken place online. Our guidelines recommend switching to travel by train and public transportation for short- and medium-distance trips. And for daily commutes and short trips to the office, the team has access to the Jobrad bike-sharing program, which we have made particularly attractive thanks to additional benefits.
