Your diverse range of responsibilities

Leading critical incidents and escalations
Acting as interface to 3rd Level Development and Operations Manager
Ensuring quality of tickets, reports, runbooks and defects
Ensuring shift coverage, on-call readiness and effective handovers
Identifying operational risks and monitoring gaps
Driving automation, SRE practices, toil reduction, monitoring improvements and operational risk reduction
Coordinate the collaboration between Operations and Development for selected user stories, scheduled deployments, operational improvements and production-readiness topics
Coaching the team

What you bring to the table

7+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Production Support
Strong knowledge of Incident Management and Major Incident Management
Strong experience in cloud operations
Strong AWS operations experience, especially ECS/Fargate, CloudWatch, Lambda, IAM basics, scalingand recovery procedures
Strong Datadog or comparable monitoring experience, including dashboards, monitors, APM, logs, metricsand alert handling
Strongunderstanding of Kafka/MSK, message flows, consumer lag, topics, partitions, APIs, TLS and end-to-end processing chains
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, release, deployment, and emergency rollback processes, ideally with GitHub Actions
Technical understanding of Java-based microservices, Spring Boot, SpringWebFlux, YAML, Maven, Docker,Kubernetes,Terraform/HCL, Avroand SonarQube
Understanding of SRE principles, reliability, SLIs/SLOsand post-incident reviews
Fluent in English: You’re comfortable with the English language and English documentation, and you can follow along when English is spoken during project wor
