Woodmark is FOCUS ‘Top Employer 2025’ for the eighth time in a row

How FOCUS-Business determines the top employers in the SME sector
Every year, FOCUS-Business analyses the ‘Top SME Employers’ in collaboration with its research partner FactField. Around 33,000 companies and 850,000 employee assessments are analysed. The survey is based on an online questionnaire in which employees rate their employer in terms of working conditions, corporate culture, salary and career opportunities. Only companies with at least ten ratings and an average of at least 3.5 out of 5 points qualify. Following a quality assurance process, the 4,000 best employers from various sectors are published in a list of recommendations.
