The Data & Analytics Service Provider Survey 25 is based on a survey conducted among clients of data & analytics services between August and October 2024, with a total of 747 respondents. It analyses 12 data & analytics service providers and evaluates user feedback across 23 criteria (KPIs), such as project value, value for money, recommendation rate, and customer experience.
