Woodmark and VMP Join Forces – Building a Leading Data & AI Champion
Vision Mittelstand Partners Management GmbH (VMP) and Woodmark Consulting GmbH (Woodmark) have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at establishing a leading Data & AI ecosystem in Germany. Growth will be pursued both organically and through a combination with additional data specialists. Funds managed by VMP will acquire a majority stake in Woodmark and provide additional capital to support future acquisitions. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks.
