10:30 a.m. - From Question to Dashboard: Successful Requirements Analysis in Reporting

A good dashboard doesn’t start with data but with the right questions. In this session, Sabrina will show how to systematically gather requirements, understand user needs, and develop an initial, truly helpful dashboard — step by step from the idea to the prototype.

11:15 a.m. - When Seconds Matter: Performance Optimization in Tableau

Performance is more than technology — it’s part of the user experience. This talk demonstrates how thoughtful data and visualization design not only boosts speed but also increases acceptance and enjoyment of reporting.

11:45 a.m. - Infotopics Extensions: More Than Just Tableau

With the extensions from Apps for Tableau | InfoTopics, Tableau dashboards can be significantly enhanced in both functionality and user-friendliness. Whether it’s Excel-like features, what-if analyses directly in the dashboard, or advanced drilldown and filtering — SuperTables, WriteBackExtreme, DrillDownTree, HierarchyFilter and more offer considerable value for Tableau developers and end users alike.
Kristina will give a brief overview of the many InfoTopics extensions and demonstrate the capabilities of SuperTables in a live demo.

12:15 p.m. - Making Data Visible — For Everyone

Many reports and dashboards unintentionally exclude users with disabilities. In this talk, Sabrina shows how accessible reporting not only fulfills legal requirements but also improves data quality and the overall user experience. From color contrast to screen reader compatibility to clear visualizations — small adjustments make a big difference.

🚗 Arrival by Car

Take the A99 motorway or the surrounding motorway network toward Munich-East / Grasbrunn. Take the exit "Haar / Grasbrunn" and follow local signs to the industrial area “Technopark II” or Werner-von-Siemens-Ring. Drive along Werner-von-Siemens-Ring until house number 7. Parking is available in front of the building for our guests.

🚌 Arrival by Public Transport

You can reach the Woodmark office via the S-Bahn lines S4 (direction Zorneding) and S6 (direction Ebersberg), getting off at Vaterstetten.
Turn right after the stairs and walk straight towards Edeka. At the roundabout, take the right exit (Werner-von-Siemens-Ring) and continue straight.
The walk takes approximately 10 minutes.

The meetup will once again be held in German. In addition, the number of available seats is limited to 30.

Sabrina Schuck

Senior Consultant

With several years of experience in reporting, Sabrina has gained comprehensive insights into various BI tools. Since she started working with Tableau at Woodmark Consulting GmbH in 2021, her focus has been on storytelling, performance optimization, and developing mobile dashboards. Her special passion is guiding users through her analyses — with clear narratives and interactive elements that bring data to life. In addition to her work at Woodmark, Sabrina regularly conducts Tableau trainings, enthusiastically sharing her knowledge and experience. Since early 2024, she has also been serving as co-leader of the Tableau User Group Munich, helping to strengthen the community and foster exchange among Tableau enthusiasts.

Kristina Bogner

Consultant

Kristina has been working as a consultant at Woodmark Consulting GmbH since September 2022. In her client projects, she primarily focuses on the development and optimization of BI dashboards — especially in Tableau — with a strong emphasis on user experience, performance, and design.
For several months now, she has also been working intensively with the Tableau extensions from Apps for Tableau | InfoTopics and is in close communication with their respective contacts.
